CleanCharge indgår aftale med RWE

Under the agreement, RWE will supply CC S with RWE's fast charging infrastructure consisting of charging posts and charging boxes as well as services for the operation of the charging infrastructure. CC S will market the charging posts and charging boxes to customers all over Denmark in combination with electric cars of various manufacturers.

When signing the agreement in Copenhagen, Bachmann said: "We are happy to have found CleanCharge Solutions as a competent and ambitious marketing partner for Denmark “.

Dullum, too, was very positive about the new cooperation with RWE Effizienz GmbH: "We will demonstrate in Denmark that the customers can use electric vehicles immediately with a proven and smart fast charging infrastructure. RWE has already demonstrated this in Europe and we will do so with RWE in Denmark. The charging infrastructure is the first important signal to the customers that options are available to get away from the dependence on fossil fuels and to reduce CO2 emissions immediately also for the benefit of future generations “.

RWE E-Mobility meanwhile operates in many European countries. Subsidiaries of RWE, regional energy utilities and independent mobility providers are marketing partners in the respective countries.

Bachmann: "We intend to achieve a fast breakthrough in the market for e-mobility. We meet the expectations of our customers with our joint offer of charging infrastructure with great ease of use and high charging capacity combined with eco-power.

Dullum: "In Denmark, the market penetration of electric vehicles depends first and foremost on the development of charging infrastructure. With the intelligent fast charging posts of RWE, which we are marketing now, we are in a position to show all interested citizens, but also the public and municipal authorities or large companies that they can convert their fleets immediately to electric vehicles for daily use."

RWE started to develop a charging infrastructure for electric vehicles back in 2009. Meanwhile there are already over 500 charging points. These are located in numerous major German cities as well as in the conurbations of Berlin and the Ruhr. In cooperation with municipal utilities, the network of charging posts is also being consolidated in small and mid-sized cities. In addition, cooperation agreements are being concluded with filling station operators. RWE guarantees all car power customers the supply of electricity generated exclusively from renewable sources.
